Drummond Island Township is accepting sealed bids for tree removal and cleanup work near Golf Course #2 Green. Contractors are invited to submit proposals by September 23, 2025.

Scope of Work
-
Remove beech and oak trees at risk of falling on adjacent structures
-
Trees must be limbed and removed in sections using climbing gear or a bucket truck
-
Branches must be chipped and logs hauled off-site
-
Stumps must be cut flush with the ground

Work area is between the airport fence and adjacent property line
-
Contractors may recommend phasing but must submit a bid for the entire project

Must hold valid licenses

Must carry liability insurance

Opening: Bids will be opened at the October Township Board meeting
